Prachtig appartement
10.0Wat een fantastisch appartement in een historisch groot pand. De entree is al geweldig. De eveneens historische maar goed werkende lift brengt je naar de 4e etage. De kamer ligt aan de zijkant van het gebouw en is zeer goed geïsoleerd, waardoor je totaal geen last hebt van het verkeer. De airconditioning werkt goed. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. De communicatie (via Whatsapp) met Charmsuite is uitstekend en reageren heel snel. En ook heel handig, er zit een supermarkt (Carrefour) naast het appartement. Het is zeer centraal gelegen. Het Colosseum, Forum Romano en Palatijn en andere bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Openbaar vervoer, zoals bus en tram stoppen voor de deur. Metro (station Manzoni - oranje lijn en Colosseum – blauwe lijn) op loopafstand. De tram (lijn 3) gaat rechtstreeks naar de leuke wijk Trastevere. Wij hebben genoten van de prachtige stad Rome, het heerlijke eten en het mooie appartement.

10.0Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Via Labicana 92 – die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, mit einem Supermarkt direkt nebenan und dem Kolosseum nur 600 Meter entfernt. Diesmal haben wir das Appartement mit Küchenzeile gebucht, das wie gewohnt ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt war. Da es während unseres Aufenthalts in Rom extrem heiß war, waren wir sehr dankbar für die einwandfrei funktionierende Klimaanlage. Auch die Kommunikation verlief jederzeit reibungslos und vorbildlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

10.0Excelent apartment, we really enjoyed the stay. Nicely decorated and well equipped, AC was life saving during the heat wave. The location is very good, we managed to catch the bus to all the main tourist attractions. The grocery shop downstairs is very convenient. Also the communication with the owner was excelent. Highly recommend!

7.0Posizione in stabile d'epoca, accogliente e tranquillo, a 2 passi del Colosseo. Supermercato piccolo ma fornito la porta accanto.
− L'assenza di aiuto telefonico quando ho avuto problemi di accesso alla struttura. Il numero assistenza è attivo solamente dalle 9 alle 23.
