Sucked won’t stay here ever again
3.0It’s close to the beach but so aren’t 20 other cleaner options.
− Please please do not stay here. They don’t tell you anything online what really happens here. Yes, check in as 4 pm but you can’t park on the property till 1 pm. Also if they don’t have spots in the main lot you have to go to a secondary lot. Then the room. Disgusting. The AC did not work when we got to our room and their answer was a portable loud AC unit which after 3 days finally got the room under 80 degrees. Also none of the food options they say are tied to their hotel are even open. They need to update their website greatly. Please don’t stay here
I've stayed there a lot in the past but will not in the future
3.0The location is good and the staff were good. The maintenance guys had to come fix things in our room and they were super nice.
− The air conditioner in our room was a portable air conditioner and it leaked all over until maintenance came up and fixed it but put the hose out our balcony doors leaving a gap in the door allowing bugs in. I just feel like we should have been offered some type of discount because of all this. We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and we're always happy but unfortunately it has really gone downhill.
The Roar of the Room, The Hole in my Heart--AND Door
2.0− The balcony doors had a wood panel in between for the vent from a portable air conditioner to dispel the heat; it did not meet the sliding door and so bugs came in and the doors could not lock. For the first day, even after telling them we couldn't lock it, we had to put a chair in it to be safe. I like to hear the ocean roar. That was not happening because of how loud the air conditioner was. For as much as an oceanfront room costs, this situation was unacceptable, regardless of its location. We have looked forward to our Ocean City visit each summer for years and work hard to have the money to stay even 3, 4 days. We will now consider other options: so disappointed and sad

9.0I absolutely loved the value of staying right on the boardwalk without having to pay an arm and a leg. The room was very spacious with a nice bathroom and small kitchen area. I traveled with my kids so the pool was also a huge plus. Front desk staff was very nice and attentive.
