10.0We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, and the in-room amenities were replenished daily. Special thanks to Chinar and Kadir, who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro, trams, and taxis. The reception staff are knowledgeable, professional, and speak English, Russian, and even some Arabic. I was initially concerned after reading reviews claiming that the hotel keeps guests’ passports until checkout, but this was not the case at all. Our passports were returned immediately. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options and menu changed almost every day. There was a weighing scale in the lobby, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again.

1.0★☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Stay I had a very disappointing experience at Bosfor Hotel. My room was not cleaned until I complained to the reception, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The breakfast service was even worse. One of the waiters was extremely rude and actually shouted at me over something very minor. His behavior was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. No guest should be treated this way. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the staff did not seem to care about providing a pleasant experience. I expected much better hospitality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, and I will not be returning.
