− Wir hatten kein Warmwasser, ab 10 Uhr gab es extrem laute Bohrungen. Unsere Zimmernachbarn waren extrem laut.

10.0We had such a lovely stay! Everything was wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You were always there whenever we needed anything, with excellent communication and support throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the way you handled an unexpected situation that came up during our stay. You dealt with it so professionally, calmly and thoughtfully, which made us feel reassured and well looked after. Thank you for being so helpful, attentive and welcoming. It truly made a difference to our experience, and we are very grateful for everything. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with genuinely helpful and welcoming hosts!
Disappointing accom, great location.
2.0The location is great, 5 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and a 10 minute walk from Puerta de Sol.
− Unfortunately, we did not enjoy our stay and ended up leaving to stay somewhere else halfway through our stay. There was no hot water for our shower and once this was flagged to the property there was no offer to move us and they were unsure when the issue would be resolved. After two days we wanted a hot shower so we left and booked another hotel. We got a small refund, which personally wasn’t close to compensating us for lack of hot water for a 4 night stay somewhere. Hot water is a basic amenity that should be a given when booking accommodation. The general consensus when arriving was that the room wasn’t clean and the walls are very thin so it felt there was no privacy when in your room. The photos do not accurately represent this accommodation.
