9.0The apartment fully met our expectations. The outdoor terrace surrounded by greenery is a wonderful place to relax after a hot day in the city. There was air conditioning only in the living room, but it was sufficient to cool the bedrooms as well, even though we stayed during an exceptionally hot period. The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

10.0Beautiful appartment, an oasis in the old town, great location, a lovely garden, confortable beds, all makes you feel relaxed. The owner is very nice.
− Just the holders for the drawers in the kitchen are not very practical, but it is a detail.

− 1 AC unit in the family room, had to sleep with open doors in the bedrooms to have some cool air… it was a really hot weather that week!

9.0Beautiful backyard with ripe lemons and oranges. Good location. Host is friendly and lives next door
Disappointing stay
4.0Good location. Air conditioning worked well on a very hot day! Hostess was very nice when she came with a map, and she gave recommendatoons for restaurants. I was happy with a close by restaurant.
− Smelled of mildew. Shampoo and conditiiner bottles.were near empty. Sugar in a container on kitchen counter was clumped together and looked like it had been there a long time. Bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it...and not MY hair color! Teabags in the kitchen looked ancient, and I saw only herbal tea (2 bags). There was no map of Coimbra in the room when I arrived. Hostess offered to help take auitcases down the stairs, but then was not available! For the price, this was NOT a good deal. Booking.com rarely.indicates acceasibility until after a booking is confirmed. I will be more careful and check IMMEDIATELY if I use booking.com again!
