10.0Äusserst zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Location Wirklich? Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr geräumig, und edel Werde ich auf jeden Fall ein weiteres Mal besuchen.

9.0Die Lage auf dem Burgberg. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten Hochzeitstag und wurden mit einem kleinen Präsent überrascht.
− Leider ist die Glocke des Doms (07:00 Uhr!) nicht zu überhören.
Schwierige Lage, schwieriges Personal
1.0Lage an der Burg
− Lage an der Burg dh, dass der PP ca 500 m weiter unterhalb des Hotels liegt. Das sollte man einplanen. Deswegen Storno. Eine echte Bewertung konnte also nicht stattfinden. Dafür gab es einen unverschämten Geschäftsführer (der Frechheit nach zu urteilen), der einem Gast unbedingt „belehren“ wollte. Hier gilt nicht das Motto ,Der Gast ist König‘.
