− チェックインする際に、部屋番号とパスワードが知らされなかったため、入室に時間がかかった。 また宿泊施設に問い合わせを行っても、電話もメールも応答がなく非常に困った。 さらに部屋の一室がとても臭く、寝られる状態ではなかった。
