Fabulous home
9.0Lovely property, clean and cozy, warm bed rooms. Nice bathroom, lovely feel over all. Great comforts

Family gathering for 80th birthday.
10.0The facilities were excellent. For the last part of our stay it was raining and wet. Heating and open fires saved us! There was also plenty of firewood supplied for our stay. Our family loves cooking and found as many pots and pans as needed. The dishwasher worked well. We found a jigsaw puzzle in the games cupboard, which kept us well occupied at nights and a walk to wombat botanic gardens cafe gave us good exercise and at the cafe, bread ( baked daily) and great coffee plus excellent food. Beds were all comfortable, but the shower ( over a bath) was a challenge at times. This was a great house for a family of 6 adults having a gettogether.
− The shower over the bath is a bit of a challenge for older people ( but we knew about it). Toilet needs a service. ( flush can run on). Overal, though it was great.
I would go back again this place was ver good

− Bathroom - it had a shower over the bath not ideal - it also could have done with the double shower head where you have the fixed and hand held shower
10/10 stay for the character and warmth of the house and the care put in by the host
10.0Very easy check in and check out process. The house is cosy, comfy and had everything we needed. Extremely clean and tidy with dishes all in excellent condition. We couldn’t work out the oven but that’s probably just because we’re not used to a gas lit oven. Great coffee options- pod machine, plungers, and stove top. A really lovely and warm feel to the house, felt like a cottage with a beautiful garden and sun room area out the back. The beds are super comfortable. It’s a bit of a hike into the Main Street- no footpaths and all uphill on the way back but an easy walk to Wombat Hill gardens.
− Surprisingly a lot of traffic noise, although I think that’s just Daylesford in general
