7.0The room has everything that you need for a stay. The breakfast was good.
− We did not like the leaking air conditioner, and there was also a smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere. In addition, the room and the bathroom are too dark and do not feel cosy.

Najgorsze wspomnienia
1.0Zdecydowanie odradzam nocleg w tym obiekcie. W środku nocy elektroniczny zamek przestał działać, przez co nie mogliśmy dostać się do pokoju. Obsługa klienta nie odbierała telefonu i nie odpowiadała na wiadomości, więc zostaliśmy bez żadnej pomocy. Co gorsza, nasze rzeczy pozostały zamknięte w pokoju, ponieważ wcześniej zdążyliśmy się już zameldować. W środku nocy musieliśmy na własną rękę znaleźć inny nocleg i ponieść dodatkowe koszty. Do dziś nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu pieniędzy ani za niewykorzystany nocleg w Gato, ani za dodatkowy nocleg, który byliśmy zmuszeni opłacić z powodu braku możliwości wejścia do pokoju. Takie podejście do klienta jest niedopuszczalne.
It’s ok … how ever if any one person at reception will make more happy
5.0− No reception… if comes in the night you will face difficulty to access main gate access and room door access .. There is no one to guide … we should just follow the directions instructions guide which says a sent to email
