10.0I loved the quiet and peacefulness of the hotel. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. The room was very far from the pool and the sea and the main building, which was the only issue. We liked the stay.

10.0After a delay at check-in and a long anticipated wait, Moustafa saved the day and ensured the service was impeccable. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring I could check in early after a long night flight. He even upgraded my room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The entire staff—from breakfast service to the pool team—was warm and welcoming. The hotel's modern, minimalistic design added to its serene ambiance, creating the perfect environment to unwind. Transportation was seamless, and the hotel offered a variety of daily activities to keep guests entertained. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore, this hotel has it all. Highly recommend! The only downside is that the beach is still under maintenance, but I can already tell the lagoon will look stunning once it's completed. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
