6.0..Shame no entry grnd floor to car park, had to go out to front,down street and arrive carpark Had twin room but one bed felt collapsed.(near door)
Llandudno stay
10.0Great stay in a lovely hotel in Llandudno. Great location, right on the promenade and close to the pier. Nice breakfast and good friendly staff.

8.0Well presented, clean and comfortable room. Would have preferred sea view. There was no safe in the room which I was surprised about, no place to keep valuables.
Unsuitable for elderly or disabled
2.0I am 82 years old and took a fall in the shower because there is nothing to hold onto. I called in advance to tell them I was unsteady, but nothing was done to prevent this. I slipped and was stuck in the bath and have a huge bruise on my right side. This was reported to reception and noted in their accident book. Apparently, others have reported a similar issue.

8.0Breakfast could be improved as some of the items very dried up andhard possibly due to either over cooked or being under the heating lights
Humiliated by the receptionist
2.0I am extremely unhappy about the way I was treated by the receptionist. Although I booked a double room, she stated there was only 1 person booked in. Despite showing her the confirmation she insisted I was incorrect, embarrassed me in front of all the other guests at the desk and called her manager over who eventually agreed that it didn’t state anywhere on my confirmation that only 1 guest was booked in. We use Hotels.com all time and are gold members. This is not what I expect of your hotels!. I am extremely disappointed.
