10.0Service and staff are excellent, location is perfect, walkable, also has complimentary transportation from hotel we used it to go to maroon bells shuttle. We also enjoyed rooftop bar and hot tub. Room is very nice.
Front desk promised to call when room was ready but didn’t.

way to expensive for what you get.
4.0location was top and that's about it. Next time I will not be staying there. 20 000 USD for this is just insane I think. for me the W is a 3 star hotel and this was a 800 USD a night hotel, no more than that.
− breakfast was ok. Hotel very expensive for what it is. Too much colors, decor too modern and not to my taste. Impossible to find someone at reception or room service. Had to call a bunch of times. Valet guys kind of sleepy, My spouse was late to handle something and they had cars available just no one was willing to do the work. Only purified water for free (just so you know, it has no minerals). You can't be sellling 20 000 rooms for 8 days and not offer decent water)
