9.0L’appartamento era davvero molto carino, un monolocale con vista su Queensboro Bridge ed east river. Lobby molto accogliente da subito un’idea di residence di buon livello. Reception attiva h24 ed il personale super disponibile e preparato ad ogni richiesta. La posizione da vero newyorkese , pochi passi dalla 5th (15 min) , fermata bus e metro a pochi minuti che consentono di raggiungere tutta l’isola facilmente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
− Solo una piccola disattenzione riguardante i posti letto, eravamo 2 adulti ed una bambina ma avevano dimenticato di allestire e un ulteriore letto ed asciugamani per la piccola. Hanno subito risolto non appena richiesto alla reception
HAY RATAS EN LOS APARTAMENTOS!
1.0Nada ya que fue tan grave convivir con ratas en nuestro apartamento que opaco todo lo bueno que podia llegar a tener. Arruino la estadia
− Un desastre! Tienen problemas sanitarios y no se hacen cargo. El apartamento que nos dieron tenía ratas y no se hicieron cargo. Las vimos mas de una vez. En el living y en la cocina. Pedimos ayuda (viajamos con un bebé que gatea, por ende tocó con sus manos todo por donde las ratas anduvieron) y nos dijeron que por ser de noche no nos podían ayudar, es decir nos dejaron solos en banda, durmiendo con ratas y un bebé. Esto pasó más de una vez. No solo eso, si no que fueron muy violentos en la forma de tratarnos cuando fuimos a recepción en busca de una solución, sobretodo el assistant manager que no solamente trato a mi mujer de manera despectiva y violenta, si no que se excusaba diciendo “this is NY” como si fuese aceptable convivir con ratas en el apartamento. Y a la vez la callaba diciendo "nos digas rata, deci criatura" para que el resto de los huespedes no escuche. Y ademas de toda esta situacion espantosa,nos mintieron. Nos dijeron que nos iban a hacer un refund y jamás sucedió. Despues encontre reseñas en otras plataformas de usuarios que comentaban que habian tenido este mismo problema. Ni vayan! Es grave

9.0Súper amplio y lindo. La cocina estaba muy bien equipada. Televisión en el cuarto y en el living. Hermosa vista y buena calefacción. La ubicación es ideal si queres estar en una zona un poco más tranquila pero que llegues a todos lados caminado.
− Lo único que podría decir que no fue del todo cómodo es la cama.
