− Stationnement très compliqué, presque aucun meuble, les lames de parquet d'éclipsés donc dangereuse, les ampoules grillés, la hotte ne fonctionnent pas, le mini frigo avec aucune étagères dans la porte,....
L'équipement dans l'appartement laisse à désirer. Pas balais, ni serpillère...
