9.0Camera molto grande, pulita, climatizzata, con una cucina in comune con altre due camere, frigo fornito con acqua, birra, ecc. pagabile con satispay. Padrona di casa, cortese che ci ha atteso pure se siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario indicato. Nonostante sia sulla strada principale la camera risulta molto silenziosa. Ci sono quattro piani di scale per arrivare al B&B ma lo sapevamo. Un altro notevole vantaggio è il parcheggio gratuito di fronte al B&B, adiacente alla stazione di Genova Pra. In venti minuti con il treno si arriva a piazza Principe evitando il traffico caotico di Genova ed i parcheggi molto costosi del centro

8.0Goed bedden en schone kamers. Voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelfs een koelkast. Redelijke prijzen voor gekoelde drankjes of koffie en thee.
− Met de trap op vier hoog is pittig met de koffers. Auto staat aan de andere kant van een drukke weg op een onbewaakt terein.

− Erg gehorig, zeker als mensen in hetzelfde verblijf laat thuis komen, licht aandoen en de deuren niet zachtjes dichtdoen. En in de morgen weer gewekt worden door mensen die koffie op de gang zetten. Parkeren was ook erg krap, veel risico op schade
