7.0The room we get was very great & the staff workers were pretty good but the Neighbours on the top floor were very noisy and I had people knocking on my door every night

8.0Apart from loud noises the staff handled it brilliantly yes I would stay again as I was treated with respect. I felt listened to. Room was comfortable. My kids loved it too. Thank you for a great experience
