9.0− The shower was very hard to regulate
Very good, would recommend and would stay again
9.0Location very Good, not too far from tube station or Wembley stadium. Clean comfortable room. Ideal for me and my daughter staying over for 1 night as was going to a concert at Wembley. Staff very friendly and addressed any problems promptly. Complimentary toiletries in bathroom, tea, coffee and bottles of water in room which was lovely however no white sugar or milk to go in the tea or coffee.
− I would recommend an email with useful information regarding how to enter accommodation on arrival, who and how to contact if any queries. Also how to check out in regards to where to leave keys. Basic Breakfast is included like cereal, croissants and biscuits but again no information given on the times this is available. The lock to my room was was very awkward to secure and the handle to the room came off in my hand, but I contacted Nik who fixed it for me immediately. Was quite noisy as the property is on a main road, which was closed off due to road works which started at 6.30 in the morning but that is out of the owners control. Overall I would stay here again, I just think more information to guests prior to staying or when given the keys to room is needed.
Excellent trip, great accommodation
10.0The owner Nick is very friendly and accommodates any reasonable request. We arrived early and were able to park our car on the drive as soon as we arrived which meant we could enjoy a full day in London. As the room was available, Nick also allowed us to check-in at just after 10am which again made the trip really smooth. A short walk in a quiet neighbourhood gets you to Burnt Oak tube station, which is the less than thirty minutes into Leicester square, which was perfect for our theatre trip. Bottles of water and tea and coffee are provided in the room. In the morning, croissants, toast, butter, jam, a variety of cakes, and tea and coffee are available in the shared kitchen. Overall a great value and convenient place to stay for a trip into London.
