10.0Absolutely loved this hotel! And not sure why it only has a 4 star rating as it deserves a 5 star. Hotel is brand new and it is beautifully decorated. It has a nice pool, gym and bar on the top floor and a nice restaurant on the main floor. Their buffet was really good with lots of choices. Staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Our room was upgraded for us and it was very large with leather furniture to lounge on. The bathroom was very nice with a nice soaker tub. Our bed was firm but not too hard, which we prefer. Hotel is also very close to the night market (5 min walk) and walking distance to lots of shops. The only cons on the hotel were there are not many nice restaurants nearby that we could find and the area was pretty quiet. This would have also been due to the time of year that we are here and the fact that a lot of the area is just being developed. Overall we loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone that it looking to come to Ha Long and spend some relaxing time in a very nice hotel.

8.0Impressed with the crews’ good command of English. They upgraded us to junior suite! Feeling so pampered by the excellent service. Super clean room as hotel is newly opened. Love the bathtub. Located near market and food stalls. Will definitely choose this hotel if I visit Halong Bay again!
