2.0We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty and a terrible experience. We would like a full refund from you and ask you to review the rating you currently have on the hostel.

− Everything was very filthy, especially the bathrooms, no pressure in the showers either. The beds were okay, but there were hairs on the sheets and it didn’t feel super clean. We were told we can check in early and ended up having to wait for 5 hours at reception to check in- not ideal coming from a long transfer.
