10.0ウォシュレットトイレが壊れて使えなかった

4.0ホテルの設備や清潔さは普通。受付のスタッフ(オーナーらしき人物)の接客対応はレベルが低い。人に対しての聞き方や話し方が全く出来ていない。教育がされておらず、聞いていて不快に感じる。ホテルの環境が良くてもこれでは全く評価できない。次に使用することはないと思う。

10.0チェックイン後、部屋から出る時にロックが掛かっていてフロントに連絡しないと内側から出られないのが不便さを感じたので、チェックイン後はカードキーで部屋の出入りが出来るようにして欲しい。
良かったです。
10.0甲子園に行くのに利用しました。部屋は綺麗で広く満足でした。また，利用したいと思っています。
