1.0− Dieses Angebot ist eine Täuschung!! Das Zimmer ist klein und obwohl es auf Booking.com heisst, 1 Bett, 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Badezimmer trafen wir ein schmuddeliges Bettsofa an. Eine kleine Küche mit schmierigen Türchen. Wir wollten ein Upgrade, das war nicht möglich, was wir nicht verstanden hatten. Auf ihrer eigenen Homepage stehe, dass es ein Schlafsofa sei ... da ich aber oft über Booking.com buche, ploppte natürlich diese Seite auf. Alles in allem eine grosse Enttäuschung und Geld werden wir kaum zurück erhalten. Da wir das Zimmer nicht nutzten, wäre die Rückzahlung der Verlängerung, die wir noch buchten (Fr. 266.-) angemessen und nett. Die Informationen via What's up funktionierten gut. Leider wie gesagt kein entgegenkommen und kein Upgrade möglich. Wir haben das Appartement nach den erfolglosen Telefonaten verlassen und es nicht benutzt.
