2.0No hot water and staff says there is nothing they can do about it. Also, charged twice for the room

2.0The room had a musty smell, booked a king-got a queen room, no hot water on arrival, towels were dirty and furniture was worn. Many rooms had not been cleaned the previous day by housekeeping. They kept running out if breakfast items.

6.0The rooms are dated and are not clean. The showers have mold/mildew in them. This is an older property that needs to be updated. It is not up to par with the newer Holdiday Inn Express properties. I paid $250 a night for this ? Thankfully it was only for 1 night.
