2.0il n'y a pas eu de séjour. il a été annulé par la chambre d'hôte (par mail) l'après-midi de mon arrivée. a 18H passée j'ai dû retrouver, par moi même, un autre lieux pour dormir!! je n'ai pas de remboursement de ma nuitée, pourtant bien encaissée. le s.a.v. de hotels.com est en fait un automate virtuel. SITE A EVITER. a ce jour, aucune réponse, malgré n° de téléphone, adresse mail, n° de confirmation.
