10.0We love the ambiance of this hotel. The staff was great. And the location is perfect.

Overall very nice place.
9.0The room was great, bed very comfortable. Didn't use the shower or have breakfast. It was a quick overnight for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law's bachelorette party. The only reason it didn't get a 10 is because of the parking situation. I think it is terrible to charge $25 "a day" for valet, especially when you are checking in in the evening. Street parking there sucks, but I was lucky enough to have found a meter which only cost me $4. I could see maybe $10/day, but $25 is an overcharge.

2.0− Valet left the headlights on and killed the battery Restaurant was open for breakfast but their was nobody to serve Was in a Hilton Honors floor and special needs kid next door screamed all night Staff was very unknowing of dinner menu. We went somewhere else You could not charge bar or dining to your room

1.0− The hotel staff entered and cleaned my room when I requested for them not to and they had approved. In addition, the left all my property from the room to the front lobby. Very disrespectful.
