− Very poor communication with the venue made it difficult to know what to expect when we got there. The restaurant is not open on sundays or Mondays in winter so I was enquiring about the included breakfast but got no response. The reality was fantastic with generous breakfast ingredients in our fridge on arrival, but it would have been good to know this in advance.

− All on site restaurants were closed and many in the local area were closed Sunday/ Monday evenings. Had to shop at a supermarket and bring own eve meal ‘picnic’. There is a hob/ microwave and fridge so was ok to heat something up. No WiFi code but 4G very fast.
