1.0− Reservé desde el día anterior, y cuando ya estaba en Ibagué me escribieron desde el hotel para decirme que mi reserva había sido cancelada porque supuestamente ya no les quedaban habitaciones. Era el último día de las fiestas, por lo cual era muy difícil conseguir nueva habitación. No me dieron ninguna opción, simplemente se lavaron las manos y se hicieron los locos. Qué pésimo profesionalismo, qué gente tan descarada. Por fortuna encontré hotel, Pero no le recomendaría a nadie confiar en esta gente. Sí pudiera calificaría "0", porque "1" es demasiado.

5.0En realidad muy normalito si uno vs con una reserva llega en la noche no tiene mucho para escoger
− Muy pequeñas las habitaciones me tocó una en el cuarto piso el pasillo no tenía luz
Excelente atención del personal
9.0La amabilidad del personal de verdad que desde que uno llega lo atienden súper bien eso nos encantó a mi familia y a mi adicional que el hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado,cercano a todo.
− Aunque las habitaciones estaban limpias si mejoraría un poco el tema del aseo

8.0Muy limpio y cómodo. Al estar situado sobre la cra 4ta, hay bastante ruido. Pero ofrecen la opción de habitaciones sin vista a la calle.
− El problema no es del hotel en sí, sino del centro de Ibagué: indigentes merodeando. Aunque no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, hay sensación de inseguridad porque no se sabe cómo pueden reaccionar.
