4.0Dès le début mauvaises coordonnées de l'établissement..établissement invisible de l'extérieur..piece de reception indigne d'1 5*..appart ne correspondant pas à la demande..propriété ➕️ que litigieuse..piscine réservée aux enfants (maxi 0.90 m)..expo de l'appart catastrophique..ni la vue ni l'étage ne correspondent à notre demande..l'utilisation du balcon impossible ( l'un au ras de la route et l'autre ne voyant pas le soleil..notre confiance envers Hotel.cpm est largement entamée..
Lovely stay in Meribel
8.0Lovely apartment style hotel. Marketed as a 5 star but no pool towels provided. This is very inconvenient as we have been travelling for a month and have no luggage space for towels. A true 5 Star should provide pool towels. Outdoor hot tub very small and not very warm, it was disappointing but the indoor pool and sauna/hammam were lovely. Kitchen was beautiful but lacked basic utensils such as tongs and the chopping board was completely bent so was not useable. Pans were well used and not enough to cook for a family of 4. Otherwise room was lovely and very comfortable. Would not hesitate in staying again but would love if the above issues were fixed
