I didn't like anything. I left almost immediately when it was clear that the first room I was offered was disgusting and the second room was slightly less disgusting. Neither had been cleaned properly.

− I couldn't stay here and I cannot believe they charge over $100 per night for this place. I booked a room here when I missed my flight because of delays getting to the gate. I was offered two rooms and both were filthy. The first room smelled like urine and stale cigarette smoke. The toilet looked dirty, there was something spilled all over the walls, the head board had dark greasy stains, and the lamp shades were both broken. The sheets didn't smell like they had been cleaned. I went back to the front desk and told them the room wasn't clean and they offered me a different one. I went to this room, it still wasn't clean (stuff all over the walls, sheets didn't smell like they had recently been washed, the toilet bowl looked dirty, lamp shades broken - all slightly less dirty than the first room) but I was feeling desperate so I said it was fine. Then I saw an empty toilet roll in the bathroom and zero toilet paper. If it had been properly cleaned, there would have been toilet paper. I felt so disgusted by this place that I considered just not showering, putting a towel over the duvet and sleeping fully clothed over that. I preferred to spend a sleepless night at the airport, which was far cleaner than this place. I left almost immediately after going into the second room and I requested a refund. I was told to contact Booking. I requested a refund on Booking and was told to contact the property. I have messaged the property since and they keep sending me a generic message to call them. I called them, someone picked up, said something I didn't understand. I asked them to repeat it and they did, but I still didn't understand. Then, they hung up on me after I asked a question to clarify. After explaining that I already called them and they hung up on me, the property keeps sending me the same generic message to give them a call. They will not communicate through chat or email.

Nothing here stands out, but it's not terrible either. Only choose this place if you don't have any better options.

− The place was dark and dirty, with only the most basic amenities. The room had a bad smell, and the bedsheet even had blood stains.
