− Sauberkeit?? Sofa war voller Hundeehaare wo wir das Zimmer bekommen haben

5.0Beautiful view on the river and the castle.
− Poor quality of the kitchen furniture and beds. Damaged/torn window blinds. Unfortunately we had to wait 4 hours as the keys were wrong and the emergency phone number was unavailable (even if we've arrived after 4.00pm - arrival time). We were blocked in front of the building without any possibility to get in without any guarantee that we would start our holiday...

− Fridge turned off. We had food to go straight in fridge and had to wait several hours before fridge cold enough. Should have been checked. Second bed not made up despite asking owners if there were two bedrooms. They should not have assumed we would share a bed. Very hot towelling jersey fitted sheets. Two blinds torn. It was incredibly hot. No slip mat in shower cubicle. Dangerous and very slippery when wet. Kitchen tiny and most of it under eaves. Kept banging our heads. Apart from English instructions on waste disposal all other instructions in German which we couldn’t understand.
