7.0Расположение апартаментов, наличие лифта, стоянки, бесконтактное заселение, относительно чисто, коммуникация с персоналом, наличие гладильной доски и утюга. Были одноразовые тапочки, косметика, чай. Рядом центр, много вкусных кафешек. Мукачево очень милый город с живописными местами ❤️
− Все фото сгенерированы ИИ. Ремонт уставший, разбух ламинат, постельное белье не поглажено , цветное постельное и полотенца, жесткий матрас, самая бюджетная мебель-дороговато за такой интерьер.тонкие стены-слышно соседей.

− Стан квартири та меблів потребує оновлення. Було чисто, але меблі та підлога були із дуже вираженими ознаками довгого користування.

4.0Maybe for 1 night it’s okay.. but no longer than that
− The whole experience was so stressful. We booked an apartment for one night and did everything as was written(They want you to transfer money to their bank account) during 1 hour and if you don’t your reservation is not approved. Looks suspicious but we didn’t have any other choice ( because there are not that many places with an “okay” facilities in this town), so we didn’t it. As was mentioned in the message - you pay and then have to send then the invoice to the what’s app, so we did. And here it comes, we have to check in in 30 Minutes, no one answers, no one answering the calls, just nothing happening. We thought that they are scammers. However, we found out the number of the owner and only after that we got a reply from the administrator to our message. But they were constantly asking for the invoice, which was sent. That doesn’t make any sense. It felt like you are talking to a robot, not a human. When we checked in the place looked like it needed a renovation. In general we are unsatisfied with the booking process, which caused an unnecessary stress and unsatisfied with the facilities.

− Квартира потребує ремонту та оновлення. Загалом було чисто. Але є але. Все дуже старе і встромлене. Особлива ванна кімната, там особливо сумно. Туалет шатається, крани в жахливому стані. В душевій кабіні взагалі якась дирка, там можна лише стояти на одному місці, бо інакше воно провалюється. Вода тече.
Уютные светлые апартаменты. Отлично, что есть бесконтактное заселение в любое время суток !
