The breakfast choice was good. Welcome drink on arrival, and the staff member who greeted us at the bar was very polite and helpful.

− The lady who showed us to the room which was quite a distance from reception as it was in a other building, didnt even offer to help carry any of our bags. The pool was absolutely disgusting, grime and dirty slime all around the pool, especialky in the overflow system around the edge of the pool. This has obviously not been cleaned in a long time. I would strongly advise future guests not to swim in the pool. The sauna is very poorly designed with awful shower facilities, one being right in front on the sauna, which means you have to shower on display to everyone that is sat in the sauna. They have 2 sauna's but one is a complete waste of time as it doesnt even get hot and the steam room is useless. Again this doesn't heat up properly and it smells bad. The drinking water dispenser in the spa also smells bad, so I would recommend NOT to drink water from this. Our room was awful, it was small and under the bed and wardrobe had obviously not been cleaned for a long time and it was covered in dust and dead flies, etc. Woke up un the middle of the night to find the ceiling in the bedroom directly above me was crawling with spiders, around 8 or 9 quite large ones, luckily im not scared of them, but if my wife had woken up, that would have been a different story. I managed to get rid if them all before she woke, but the next morning, there were more there again. The overall property maintainance was very poor. Had a 3 course meal, and the portion size was so small, you had a job to see the food on the plate, so this was an absolute rip off considering it cost €126 for 2 glasses of wine (and one glass arrived with a dead fly in it). 2 soups, which were barely warm, main course, we had pork which contained 2 pieces of pork about the size of your thumb, about 6 green beans and a tables spoon of noodles and mash potato. The sorbet was the most decent thing for dessert. During our 3 week bike tour, we stayed in 6 hotels and this was by far the worst.

Location 10/10, accomodation 10/10, breakfast 11/10, service 11/10 (kind, service oriënted), room 9/10 (a bit to warm for us eventough we could open 2 big windows and having a mobile AC). Welness (10/10). We loved every minute of our stay and will always come back to Moselromantik Hotel Kessler Meyer when visiting Cochem. We highly reccomend others doing the same.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, warme ontvangst, heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt, kamers waren tip top in orde. Mooi terras waar je kon ontbijten en ‘s avonds een heerlijk diner gegeten. Persoonlijke aanpak was zeer aangenaam. Rustig gelegen. Fijne attentie bij het uitchecken. Een fantastisch verblijf.

Meget flot værelse vi havde, flot udsigt til bjerge, værelset var indrettet i "gammelt og romantisk look". Der var en flaske vin og chokolade på værelset gratis. Flotte tasker med alt til spa opholdet. Køleskab og teresse var bonus. Rent og fint. Morgenmaden var luksus, og personalet kom og servicerede med det kaffe man gerne ville have. Gode P. forhold lige ved hotellet. Og flot gåtur langs Mosel floden ned til bylivet. Venlig personale.

− Det kunne være dejligt med informations sedler som er på dansk eller som minimum på engelsk også. SPA området havde vi nok forventet var lidt størrer og som minimum et varmt spa på 37 grader. Alt var flot og rent, men ikke meget "SPA" over det.
