9.0Уютная квартира в нескольких шагах от пляжа в тихом курортном городке, рядом магазины и куча ресторанов, в доме есть лифт, тихо. Квартира просторная, светлая, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, 2 ванных комнаты, 2 кондиционера.
− Были в декабре, на улице было дождливо, соответственно, и в квартире было холодно, кондиционеры не нагревают спальни, поэтому спать прохладно и очень холодный пол во всей квартире, явно не хватает ковриков или тапочек. Но это проблема зимнего сезона, не квартиры.

8.0Location was great, with a view of the beach and on a quiet pedestrian street, but very near to restaurants. Host was responsive and check in was flexible and easy. November is a great time to visit Mallorca, as the population is mostly local.
− There seem to be issues with the plumbing in the apartment. The water gurgled coming out of the tap, smelled a bit sulfuric, and the water pressure was low. The heating was a bit tricky, but the apartment eventually warmed up.

10.0Przestronny apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Kuchnia, pralka w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu, dwie łazienki, dwie oddzielne sypialnie. Bardzo czysto. Bliziutko do plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Niedaleko bezpłatny parking.
