10.0My wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at high-end hotels around the world for the lat 25 years. The St. Regis Rome was probably the pinnacle of all our past experiences. Unsurpassed staff, spectacular room, not a thing out of place, And not a single issue of even minor consequence arose during our entire visit. We've never experienced more friendly and helpful personnel, special kudos to server Marah and hostess Giorgia in the Lumen Restaurant. If you're going to Rome this is simply THE place to stay.
