8.0Super für Kinder. Guter und grosser Kidsclub. Rs wurden Buggies angeboten für die grossen Strecken, vorallem auch während dem regnen.
− Der grosse Pool und ein Teil vom Hotel werden renoviert. Es hat starken Baulärm, sowie gewisse Bereiche sind gesperrt.
Enjoyable but go back after the renovations are complete
8.0Had a wonderful time at Angsana Laguna where we stayed for 9 nights. The hotel was unfortunately undergoing renovations but noise was minimal (except when we were having massages in the spa where we could hear drilling just outside!). The hotel is dated, to be frank (hence the renovations), however, the staff provides exceptional service. Food and service at Azzurra were great. We enjoyed the prize draws where we got freebies like a young coconut drink at the Xana bar. Special thanks to Ahmed at the Front Desk. In the spa, Itim, Milli and Fon were all amazing. We also enjoyed the free boat shuttles across the laguna which took us to Canal Village for shopping (groceries at Tops, nail and pedicures treatments and restaurants). Thank you all

10.0I had a wonderful and truly relaxing experience at Angsana Laguna Spa. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfect for unwinding. A special thank you to Khun Alice at reception, who was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. Made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. My therapist, Khun Milli, was exceptional. She was highly skilled, attentive, and knew exactly how to relieve tension. The massage was one of the most relaxing treatments I’ve had, and I left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. The thoughtful touches, calming ambiance, and excellent hospitality made the entire experience memorable. I highly recommend Angsana Laguna Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful spa experience. I will definitely be coming back!
