True five-star hospitality!
10.0A true five-star experience. From our entry when Darren the valet helped our daughter immediately felt welcome (chocolate never hurts!) to our exit when a call to room service mentioning we had a time constraint to make a flight led to the front desk person proactively getting our car pulled around, the Maria Cristina raises the bar in terms of hospitality. This is a large, full-service hotel but the tiny touches like the staff consistently recognizing and interacting with our daughter made all the difference. We'll be back!
