I've stayed here multiple times, mainly because of the wonderful people I’ve met, especially Angela at the front desk, who is always so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. The excellent customer service continues with Brandy, who worked in the M Lounge and showed so much compassion and warmth. I definitely plan to return, mainly because of amazing people like Angela, Brandy, and Heather. Looking forward to visiting again at the Birmingham Marriott!tt.

10.0I had a great experience and would stay at this Marriott again. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is spacious and clean, the room was comfortable and in tip top shape. Angela and Latia greeted me when I arrived and they were a breath of fresh air. They were attentive, kind, compassionate, and professional. I am pleased!
