Nice place to stay in Provo with restaurant and bar, and indoor pool
10.0This beautiful modern hotel in downtown Provo has an attached indoor parking , a bar and a restaurant - which was great since we arrived on a Sunday afternoon when everything else was closed. The room was very clean as was the indoor pool and Sauna . The bar and restaurant service was good.
− The daily charge for parking your car, especially on the weekend seemed excessive .
Abismal on both sides - booking and Hyatt
1.0Didn’t even get to stay.
− Refused service for another guest complaining about us laughing too loud at our previous stay. Never notified, they blamed booking saying you all canceled the reservation, and we never got our money back and nobody told us we were going to be refused. I’ve been traveling for 20+ years and I’ve never had anything even close to this happen.

− Room very stark. Incredibly boring. Chlorine smell in pool area made it almost unusable. Restaurant staff very poorly trained.
