Exceeded expectations!
10.0Friendly staff who went above and beyond. We are local and stayed here on our wedding night and were upgraded and given champagne. I got a small stain on my wedding dress and asked if the gift shop had Shout wipes. A bit later someone delivered them straight to our room.
− I do wish there was a bathtub, but the shower/bathroom was very nice and clean. We did have to wait a while to check in, there was only one person at the front desk an a line.
Very disappointing stay!
1.0Close proximity to the beach
− We checked in late due to traffic condition on the highway. When we arrived, it was around 8pm. The check-in staff informed us that we can NOT have a late check-out that day. And check out time was 11am. We literally went there for just for sleeping period. This was misleading that we weren’t informed about the check about the checkout time. Booking.com should refund a portion of the stay!!!
