− 1 - café da manhã para apenas duas pessoas, me hospedei com 4 pessoas e isso tem custo. No Booking isso não é claro e nem explicado. 2 - banheiro sem ventilação (inadmissível pela qualidade do hotel)
I didn’t spend that much time at your facility. The experience could have been better.
5.0I didn’t have the breakfast because I was unaware that you needed to pay for it when I made the reservation. I didn’t know about the amenities that the hotel offers they’re not mention to me upon arrival.
− Cesar who checked me wasn’t not as friendly as he could have been when speaking with me about breakfast. I didn’t know until I asked if the coffee and tea was free . The trolley for taking packages and luggage to the were scarce.
