Decent clean comfy but pricey shuttle service.

− Used to have free shuttle service but they’ve changed this. 35euro for pick up or drop off between 7:30 and 5 the most busiest time, then 15 euro otherwise. What a racket. Had I known it was no longer free I would’ve chosen differently

The hotel raised the price when I was forced to stay an additional night due to flight cancellation
5.0I liked the fact that the location was in in the center and therefore walking distance to everything. The center is very charming. The hotel was comfortable.
− My main gripe is that because of our flight cancellation, we had to spend an additional night in the hotel and they would not honor the rate that we had from prior booking. The price changed from $250 for the night to over $400. We felt stuck since we did not want to have to check out and drag our heavy luggage to find another available hotel. It was a weeknight and we stayed in the exact same room with the same amenities, so to me it made no sense that they would not prorate the original $250/rate. Also, there was a coffee machine in the lobby for guests, and I went over to it around 2pm to use. When I started to push the button, a worker practically ran over to me saying that I could not use it because it was only for use between 4-11am. He said normally there is a sign explaining that, but the sign was gone for some reason. He said I was more than welcome to buy one at the next door restaurant. How petty is that, to begrudge one of your guests a cup of coffee? I found that to be utterly ridiculous.
