10.0Front desk was very unhelpful. We asked for an additional blanket several times and it was never delivered. Front desk acted annoyed that we had a couple items to purchase from the snack store up front.

6.0I was booked into a room that had not been made up. And when I came back to the room I was missing some personal items. I did get some of it back but not all of it. I stayed with Marie a lot it’s never happened before so I didn’t mind. Front desk was very nice about it

10.0This is a nice clean hotel, up to the standards that one would expect from Marriott. It was very conveniently located to U of U hospital which I needed. It was a nice reprieve and a peaceful place to decompress after being in the hospital with family. My only issue is that the toilet in 412 ran all the time.
