6.0Very comfy beds, great location reasonably priced compared to the other hotels in the area.
− Kinda dirty, hair on the bathroom floor. pool had spiders in it, breakfast wasn't great cold biscuits.
Front desk staff was excellet, housekeeping was lacking in service.

− Bed was never changed for the 3 nights we were there and had to ask for clean towels, and the bathroom was not cleaned after first night.

Disappointing - I even have video of the broken tv
3.0Location was fine, pool was nice.
− The TV in our room didn’t work, I notified the front desk (twice) and was told at first someone would check it out and then when I went back a second time I was essentially told oh well, no one is here until tomorrow and there was nothing they could do. It made for a long night with my 3 kids who were looking forward to watching movies and eating snacks for a fun overnight trip.
