4.0− When I walked into the building it was so hot they never had the air on in the entire building until you went in your room and then that air conditioner left a bit to be desired however it did start working Midway through the night but the air conditioning needs to turn on in the building itself other than that it was comfortable clean staff was great so that was my only complaint thank you for listening
Don’t book you stay here you will regret no matter how good of deal.
2.0− Not clean room, leftover food in drawers, air barely worked and we went there as ours was getting fixed. Outdated…Pool area had no air on…. It was so uncomfortable in there while my kiddos swam. Temps outside were 95 with heat index 105, air should have been on. Outside doors into building weren’t always closed so anyone could get in motel without a key card. Did not feel safe there when nighttime came my husband made us pack up and leave at 10pm as he said fishy things were going on and didn’t feel safe there with our children. Booked for 2 nights and we didn’t even stay any as how unsatisfied we were. Plus every time I sent a message (3x) never got a response we got no refund and also had to pay 40 extra for our puppy.
