4.0Property is run down, just taken over by new group. Pool and hot tub are permanently closed. Rooms clean but run down. Breakfast offering is the most minimal in my experience. Security doors that require key for entry are disabled, anyone can walk in any time they like. No room service during our 3 day stay, had to track down service to get clean towels. Bugs in room, all furniture and carpet shows signs of wear or damage.

6.0The jetted tub in the room didn’t work, and the pool was out of order as well. It would have been nice to know these weren’t available when booking the room. The toilet in the room overflowed, and the front desk employee handed me two towel and a plunger, and told me to go plunge it.
Do not stay here.
2.0The room was filthy, the common areas were filthy, you could read a book through the bath towels (see attached pic) the fridge and microwave were not cleaned and the bathroom was gross. Other than that great job Radisson!!

8.0Just needed a place to lay our heads after a long day of driving. Bed was comfy, and the buolding was quiet. The front desk worker was also ver friendly
