− no elevator water leak from bathroom light fixture refrigerator leak inside and outside resulting in ruined food the quoted price was not upheld

− bathroom cramped/sink not in bathroom breakfast not so great-sausage gravy and biscuits and waffles both days-it would have been nice to mix it up with bacon and eggs and cooked oatmeal, not instant

− Bed was soft and saggy, bathroom smelled like mold/mildew, was OVERPRICED except for one night, staff made a big deal over extra towels, maid service was nonexistent.
Pleasant Stay
9.0The front end staff was always polite and willing to go the extra mile! The water pressure and the temperature of water in the shower was great!
− A tad expensive. Maybe because rooms were in more demand due to Ohio Univ. orientation.
