I booked 9 rooms for 3 nights for Umpires for a fastpitch tournament the last weekend of June. Originally booked early in June. When I called to confirm the reservation, I was told it somehow had been canceled. But told by the manager at the time, Patel, that he would take care of it and we remade the reservations. On June 25th when the Umpires arrived they started adding to the card that was used when I re-booked. Little did I know until a few days later when I saw my CC account, that on top of charging for 27 nights on the 2nd card, they went ahead and charged my original card for 7 nights. On Saturday night, one of the female Umpires worked the last game and when she got back to the hotel, there WERE NO WORKERS present for the entire 3rd shift. She had no way to get in her room, as the key card wasn't working. She had to drive around looking for a hotel that still had availability. Ended up spending 3 times the rate, so she could shower & sleep to be ready for Sunday morning. I tried for several days calling and emailing, to try to speak with Patel. Was finally told several days later that he had quit. Brody was now in charge. But Brody would never get on the phone and told the desk clerk for me to dispute the charges with my 2 different CC companies!!! Could have easily did away with the additional charges on the one CC! And they never offered anything for not having any workers on the premises and costing an extra unneeded charge of $250! Along with this being a low-end hotel, it is ran by scam artists! There was no breakfast or coffee for the majority. I would recommend pitching a tent in Walmart parking lot then to put up with these people!!!! BEWARE!!!

This place is HORRENDOUS. To start with there is never a manager to talk to about the issues. Rooms aren't serviced, there is not breakfast as listed as an amenity (the one day there were eggs and sausage they were not hot - no thank you to food poisoning on vacation). Also the juice and coffee machines in the breakfast area did not work. The attendant at the desk was PICKING HIS NOSE and was not embarrassed about it when I walked up. The area under the sleeper sofa had not been vacuumed in years - layers of dust and crumbs. We checked out a day early because it was so HORRIBLE and they will not refund us the money. This cost us much more than we are asking for because we had to buy our breakfast and coffee every morning. And, the hair conditioner and lotion dispensers were empty the entire time of our five night stay.

The stay was amazing. The beds need replaced due to the metal bars that go into your back while sleeping

− Not many options for breakfast tiny bathroom the chair in my room was disintegrating and left black stuff all over the place

Location was nice

− How dirty everything was in the room. I woke up st 3 a.m listened to people across from me like they were in the room next to me. I dont stay in hotels much so I wasn't sure what to expect but I suppose it could of been way worse
