I want to say something nice because I try to only write positive reviews or find something good but in this case, I can’t. My advice, don’t waste your money. We had stayed here before many years ago and it was great however, This hotel is really dirty, the hallways reeks of something pungent and there is no attention to detail! The woman at the front was nice but she had her family and/or her friends there, 3 little kids interrupted her while she was waiting on us. They opened the door where she was and grabbed her key out of her pocket , to get towels on their own. It was hectic and chaotic. I asked for an extra blanket and she gave me a waded up, partially wet, thin like a sheet, blanket. I would give the rooms a 4, lots of things needed fixed. The TV in our bedroom didn’t work. The windows were filthy. The bathroom tub sunk in there was what attempted tobe a patch on the wall to fix something. The trim was coming off the walls, the screen to the window was tour. They offer breakfast, oh wait, we didn’t get any at 6:30am, they were out. There is just no attention to detail. Take my advice and move on.

The young man at front counter that checked me in was professional and polite

− My room had a bad odor,which I was able to get rid of with a candle. The walls had chipped off paint in some areas and tub/shower was damaged. The tub was overall just rough,can’t explain it. The tub looked to have mold stains that weren’t cleaned or either couldn’t be cleaned so I brought some bleach to do my own cleaning.

Hotel entrance reeked of dog odor in carpet, first room had no cable and no channels. Second room in second floor had cracks in ceiling, kitchen floor with deep indentation, bathroom sink with metal peeled off, burned area on Bath- room counter, hole and paint off wall next to light socket in bathroom, bathroom door with areas of paint off of it, screen broken and hanging off one of windows to room, downstairs in family room roach was killed in living area. Family and myself had to empty own trash from both rooms ourselves and take outside to dumpster. Requested towels and wash clothes to last over the three nights when checking in, one towel had orange stains,and got them the next day. Stayed there 5/20-5/23/26 and was charged $349 and $353 when advertised for $63-69/night. Breakfast consist of a small muffin and crunchy cereal bar and hot water for oatmeal or tea and coffee. No fruit. Children over our heads running ramped at night. Police at hotel in 5/20 and 5/21 for behavioral problems of a 9 year old occupant. (3 cars) Worse stay I have ever had. Management needs to make improvements and offer a refund minus what was advertised. Google Maps had noted restrictions on placing reviews on this hotel.
