The rooms are immaculate, the facilities are exceptional, and the service is flawless. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team—warm, professional, and genuinely dedicated to creating a memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. Without a doubt, one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver.

10.0What an incredible experience! We stayed here before our cruise and everything was fantastic! Benjamin, at the front desk, was welcoming and helpful in making sure our family was taken care of during our visit. The lounge staff were simply incredible and made our stay magical.
