9.0This was a very nice hotel and the staff I encountered were very kind and helpful. It actually seemed very clean. I was initially very impressed. So it was surprising when the floors were visibly dirty. Otherwise it was a pretty nice hotel. Decent breakfast also. I’d definitely stay here again, maybe it was just an off day with housekeeping.
− The floors could have been so much cleaner. And if I’m being picky the door track to the balcony was hard to open because it needed a good cleaning.

2.0Very out dated hotel. 20 minute walk from old town Scottsdale. Check in was terrible as Trip Advisor / Hilton added an extra night to my reservation for some reason and the virtual card did not go through when it was pre paid for.
