When we tried to check in, the guy at the front desk argued with us stating that we had never paid for our reservation when it was paid for in full. I had the receipt and the bank statement from the date the payment posted and provided proof. He still wanted to charge us for the $187 that we already paid. They only charge that was on our account that needed to be paid was $25 for early check in, which i was more than happy to pay. He even showed us the screen, which only showed the $25 due, but still insisted that we did not pay for the reservation at all and that he was adding on that charge. We simply found another place last minute to stay because of this. If not refunded for the reservation we already paid for, i will be escalating this on every platform.

2.0Location was close to where w e needed to be. Fairly easy to find but on a one way street unless you figure out the back way to it. Close to gas stations, restaurants, and WalMart.
− The bathtub area was the size of a postage stamp with black mold growing up the wall. The whole place had an air of a place going out of business. They put out yogurt that was months out of date. The breakfast was so disappointing: cereal, small muffins, bread for toasting, and out of date yogurt with the usual breakfast drinks. The bed was so high off the ground I had to use a cooler as a stool to get in. The tub looked like it had never been cleaned. Neither of the front desk people were forthcoming with information about breakfast times, wifi, etc. Unless you have no other choice, avoid this hotel.

− The swimming pool hours. We didn't get to utilize it as much as we would have liked. The lite breakfast; no eggs, sausage, waffles or pancakes.

− Our room was under the stairs and other guests stood outside of our room and parties most of the night
